Performance Appraisal !
A performance appraisal is a whole and sole estimate of levels and types of performances by the personnel's at a significant period of time.

It will be different for different levels of staffs with different attitudes and attributes.

It presumes from the identification of problems to- expectations of desired performances, actual doings, comparison with the desired one and attributes as feed backs to take the corrective/compensating/adjustable measures for future retrievals.

It would add up skill levels to the liable ensuring administrative and management reforms.
