Grievance's now stand for major obligations to be considered for management compensation without which we might not proceed seeking the need of its own management.

The aggrieved personnel's should be considered through a system ensuring permanent cycles going through the identification of problems by the delegations to the management Secretariat to the offices of administration through union departments promoting there complications through supervisions by the middle liners up to the top management taking significant steps thereby and thereof.

As a matter of fact it should not be neglected otherwise a severe collapse may be approached.
